The Unitree Dex5-1 is a tactile 5-finger hand with 17 degrees of freedom, per-fingertip force feedback and integrated pressure sensors — the standard for anthropomorphic manipulation in research and on humanoid platforms. At just 550 g it barely loads the arm.
17 degrees of freedom enable genuine anthropomorphic grasps: power grip, precision grip, key grip and lateral grip. That suits the hand for embodied AI research and realistic manipulation — from grasping small objects to fine-motor demos. It connects via EtherCAT and USB-C. On Unitree Z1 Pro, G1 EDU, H1 and H2 it runs plug-and-play; with an adapter and ROS packages also on UR, Franka Panda and Kinova Gen3 arms.
We ship the Dex5-1 as a left or right hand with adapter, calibration kit and 12-month warranty from the EU warehouse.
