The Deep Robotics Lite3 is an agile research quadruped with modular sensors — at 12 kg, 3.3 m/s and 90 to 120 minutes of runtime, a manageable platform for robotics labs, motion research and algorithm development. The hot-swap battery is full again in around 60 minutes.
Four trim levels cover the typical research needs: Basic for teaching and motion research, Venture for outdoor tests, Pro for full SDK depth, and the LiDAR edition for SLAM and mapping out of the box — no retrofitted sensors required. Programming runs through Deep Robotics' Python and C++ SDK; a ROS bridge is supported and simulations run cross-platform in Gazebo.
